Dr. Flor Mounts is a Southern California native. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Point Loma University in San Diego before attending the UC San Diego School of Medicine for her medical degree. After completing her education, she traveled to Southern Oregon to pursue her residency at the Cascades East Family Medicine Residency with OHSU. Dr. Mounts chose to specialize in family medicine because of her passion for learning about the body and her desire to help people live their healthiest lives at every stage. Her approach is preventative, emphasizing routine screenings and healthy living to maintain health and catch conditions before they become serious. She is also experienced in managing complex chronic medical conditions. In her free time, Dr. Mounts enjoys vegetable gardening, spending time at the beach, and swing dancing.
