I take a whole-person approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand what may be affecting how you feel and function. Our sessions are a no-judgment space where you can be honest, ask questions, and feel heard.
Together, we’ll create a plan that may include psychotherapy, medication management, practical strategies, or a combination of these. I’ll provide clinical guidance while keeping your goals and preferences at the center of your care. We’ll build on what’s working and adjust what isn’t—together.
