In and out in less than 45 minutes. The PA was thorough, answered all questions, and figured out treatment in no time.
I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen. My appointment was at 2:50pm and I was seen past 4:30 pm. The wait is too long
The physician's care was excellent, the attention of the secretaries not very nice, the waiting time out of order.

The worst medical service I have EVER experienced. Checked in early. An hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time, my son was asked to fill out paperwork as they couldn’t find him in the system, even though he’d been there before. Another 15 mins later we were asked to pay before being seen. After being there 2 hours, he was taken to a room. A half an hour later he still hadn’t even been checked on. I stood in the hallway and eventually another doctor asked if I needed something. I said we had been waiting 2-½ hours to be seen. FINALLY our doctor came in with 2 ladies from the front desk(??) Dr. said he couldn’t treat the issue—the exact thing he had treated another time. Convinced him to try. I left the room. My son eventually came out and said he wasn’t sure if anything had happened, and that at some point everyone left the room and told him nothing. The worst medical office (dirty, unkempt), worst service (no one seemed to be in charge), worst doctor. DO NOT GO HERE.

They received my request and the front desk was super rude the app was showing they accept my insurance but the front desk girl didn't check correctly, and didn't ask me to pay self-pay. super bad!

The wait time was more than 45 minutes, the administrators were rude, the office claimed that my information through Zocdoc could not be read, and my biopsy results were very difficult to receive. I won't be going back.
No, don’t go to this office, don’t do it to yourself! It took over two hours to be seen by the doctor, 40 minutes in the waiting room and then 30 minutes in the room before anyone addressed my concerns. People were coming in and out of the room constantly but just to get supplies, completely unrelated to me. One nurse finally came in to see me, spoke to me, asked me my about my concerns. Then, said she would return with the doctor but instead 30 min later, another nurse came in and asked me the same questions even though I told her I had already spoken with someone else. I said I’d already been waiting for 2 hours and I asked if allergy tests could be done and was told they couldn’t do them, especially since I’ve already been waiting for so long (they used the time I’d been waiting against me). I saw the doctor for all of 5 minutes when all he said was that I would be given some cream and sent on my way. This was the worst doctors visit I’ve ever had!

Long wait to be seen, I noticed most patients were annoyed by the wait time. It looks like they over booked for the day. However, my provider was very friendly and professional.

Called and they couldn’t “log in” to sign zog doc account. Made appointment at 430 and confirmed. They called me back two hours later and left a voicemail saying all afternoon appointments were canceled and I had to come in at 1130.

worst experience of my life, terrible service, doctor didn’t answer me and waits for more than 2 hours to be called, I wasted time going there!

Not sure how to scheduled time got confused. My appointment was booked for 1 pm on zocdoc and somehow the office had my appointment for 2:50PM.

Appointment was at 10:30. Sign in the waiting room says no food, drink or cell phone. Really? Got in to see the Doc at 12:45. Doc was polite and professional, but communications between him and the office staff were not good. Doc did the screening, said he wanted to biopsy a couple of moles and his assistant would be in shortly to take care of that. 15 minutes later, someone opens the door, sees me sitting there without my shirt and excuses herself. 10 minutes later she comes back and asks me how she can help. I explain the situation, so she sets up the biopsy kit and leaves. After a few minutes another person comes in and says the Doc will be with me shortly. Really sorry, they're shorthanded today. Doc finally comes back in, does the biopsy procedure, and we're all done. About 2 pm I'm out of there and looking for another Dermatologist to work with in the future.

The worst doctor experience I’ve ever had in my god given life. I wait two hours to finally see the dr after I threatened to leave & ask for a refund. Every person that works here is clueless, including the doctor. I, for the first time in my life, felt uncomfortable with a doctor. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Wonderful, Jackie was awesome!!

It was great the staff is really friendly and made me feel welcomed. They explained and helped me through the whole visit. Other than the doctor who saw me wasn’t Caban who was the one I was expecting to see it was great. The Dr who saw me was wonderful.
Dr. Caban was very professional. He explained everything and you can ask him any question you might have. The wait time was very long, close to two hours I had to wait to see the doctor. Next time I'll try to get the first appointment of the day.
Most of their staff were primarily Spanish speakers and I didn’t want hundred percent understand what I was diagnosed with, but they seemed competent and very friendly

Did not have the ZOC doc appointment in their system but they said don’t worry, they could see me anyway. I waited for 1.5 hours before getting to see the doctor. Wish they would have just rescheduled!!!!!!
Verified patient
Longest wait of my LIFE. Their system was down, so all of the paperwork that I spent a good 10 or more minutes filling out online I had to do again when I was there. Wait was ridiculous. Doctor looked at me for all of 5 seconds and handed me a prescription, ignored or talked around any questions I had. Convinced me to schedule a different appointment, and when I called to reschedule it their system was down AGAIN, so they just cancelled it and told me to "call another time" when their system was up. Waiting room was full almost the entire time. Very unprofessional and LOUD staff. People in waiting room were incredibly old and disrespectful, had entire phone calls sitting next to people without a care in the world. But as for the doctor, I would NOT recommend. It seems like an issue with Big Pharma, as in they just want you to get all of these treatments and be broke afterwards, but them the complete opposite.

Todo fue bien, me gusto mucho
Verified patient
The wait time was horrific, even though I am not completely mad about that what was the worst is after the long wait time I was only and barely evaluated for 5 minutes. As if he never cared about my issue or recognized my issue.
Verified patient
Very nice people! Very quick and easy!

Great staff

Horrible service didn’t acknowledge anything or inspect any moles like a typical dermatologist, all I went in for was a regular check up on my moles to be looked at the doctor stayed about 5 feet away from me and said let’s do biopsies on all of them without any kind of inspection like a normal dermatologist would do please avoid this place like the plague they just want to run your insurance up and get extra co pay visits

Could not be better, excellent
