I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, beginning my career in 2007. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, a Master's in Public Health from Tulane University, and a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a focus on YOUR individual needs. I take into consideration YOUR personal history, context, stressful or traumatic life experiences or circumstances, and specific concerns or fears about medications. I approach all of this with patience, warmth, understanding, and helpful explanations that facilitate treatment and YOUR sense of comfort.
To fulfill YOUR needs and desired objectives, I am flexible and integrative in my treatment approach. I am eager to put my experience and compassion to work with YOU as we begin to address issues that will enhance your quality of life and help YOU achieve a sense of fulfillment. My main priorities are open and honest communication with YOU.

1st visit: data collection and treatment formulation
2nd visit: review of assessment results and initiation of treatment

Frank is extremely attentive. He always listen attentively and makes me feel like he has all of his attention focused on me during our session. He has never missed a single detail and he is right on top of my medications and is in direct contact with my therapist working hand in hand trying to provide the best care possible. Frank is the bees knees.

Phenomenal Provider! Not just a pill pusher. He takes time to listen/understand your situation. Great at explaining and coming up with a plan of care. Dr.Frank was absolutely amazing. He listened to me, he gave me hope when I have felt hopeless and helpless for so long. Experiencing narcissistic abuse, is like standing in front of silly mirrors all day everyday. You never know what is real and what is manipulation. I have been standing in front of that silly mirror for over 8 years. And it has completely broken.
