Dr. Finney completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he was selected to serve as an administrative chief resident and scored in the 99th percentile on his orthopedic in-training exam. Following residency, Dr. Finney completed a Foot and Ankle Surgery fellowship at the renowned OrthoCarolina Foot and Ankle Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina.
