The office was attractive, the office staff cordial and efficient, and Dr. Meyer and her assistant are personable and careful to communicate well. I am hard of hearing, and they all took care to make sure I understood what they said. AND, they have a Little Free Library at the entrance to the office. I have been a Little Free Library steward for several years and especially like people who love books and want to share them. ”

About Dr. Freya Meyer
Freya Meyer, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and member of the American Academy of Dermatology who specializes in general, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Science and then attended medical school at the University of Miami. During medical school, she completed a specialized research fellowship in wound healing and regenerative medicine at a prestigious laboratory. As a result of her work there, she has published extensively in scientific journals. Dr. Meyer completed her dermatology residency in New York City at the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine, where she was unanimously elected as Chief Resident in her final year. During her time in New York, Dr. Meyer volunteered to care for underserved patients in multiple community health clinics.
Dr. Meyer treats patients of all ages and has special interests in eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin cancer, and pediatric dermatology. In addition to English, Dr. Meyer is fluent in Dutch!
During her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, running, and spending time with her family.

Excellent dermatologist.
My only complaint is with all the texts, calls and email reminders. I don’t need or want any reminders. That’s what my iPhone reminder app is for.

The staff was quick to get me checked in and into the examination room. The physician's assistant was friendly and a great communicator. Dr Meyer was a great listener and a clear communicator. She quickly and efficiently handled my requests and my examination. It was probably the most efficient doctor's appointment I have ever attended. In and out in 30 minutes.
