“I've been a patient of Dr. Vari's for about a year now and I have been consistently impressed with his treatment. His clinical judgment and sense of what is needed has been right on each time. He is patient, thoughtful, and easy to talk to and he wants to make sure he is taking the appropriate action to manage your symptoms. He struck a good balance between wanting to get me feeling the best I can as soon as possible, while also being mindful and appropriately cautious when needed. Dr. Vari has been doing tele-sessions with me. This has been convenient with my busy work schedule and my other "part-time job" - furnishing a new home and dealing with major damage from the recent rain storms. I liked that the initial consultation was 1 1/2 hours as there was a lot to cover. Dr. Vari has been methodical and very helpful in determining the best medication for my anxiety, how to get started with it and other coping mechanisms. He has also been helpful in strategizing on the management of some side-effects which have been mild but still significant. Buying a home for the first time was more stressful than I could have possibly imagined. The roof (and interior) damage caused by the recent rains exacerbated things further and I was having an extremely difficult time managing the anxiety and processing all the emotions. Deciding to see a psychiatrist and go on anti-anxiety medication was not easy but I'm glad that I did and I feel like I'm in good hands.
Dr. Vari is very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining to me the diagnosis and medication recommendation. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable.
I found Dr Vari to be very kind but very professional. I was at ease right away. He took my concerns very seriously and conveyed a sense of competence.

Dr. Vari is very patient, astute, and professional. He was thorough from the first session and has been careful and thoughtful with his diagnosing and medication selection. It’s clear he is invested in you feeling better as quickly as possible, but wants to do it safely and cautiously. He strikes the perfect balance and makes you feel heard, cared for and important. I trust him and his decision making and rationale. I’m so very grateful to have found him.
Dr. Vari is very caring, responsive and thoughtful. I am grateful to have found him and am benefiting from his counsel and recommendations. He is accessible and what I appreciate most of all is that he follows up perfectly on everything. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain his recommendations and answer my questions. I highly recommend him!
Great communication, he was a little expensive for me because my insurance just dropped me yesterday because I turned 26. He was very helpful and offered advice.
