About Gabriela Navar

Born and raised in El Paso, Gaby graduated from University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. She then worked in the intensive care unit at Las Palmas for the next 2 years. To continue her educational and professional endeavors, Gaby moved to Houston and attended UT health Science Center at Houston, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Gaby eventually decided to move back to El Paso to be closer to family and to serve within the El Paso community. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her specialties include family, geriatric care, internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, chronic kidney disease and women’s health. In her free time she likes to be outdoors, read, ride her peloton bike and be with her husband and family.
