About Dr. Gabriela Sanchez-Bravo

Born and raised in Cuba, Dr. Sanchez-Bravo is a native Spanish speaker, board-certified Family Medicine physician who provides comprehensive, full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Institute for Family Health/Mount Sinai in New York and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. For the past 6 years, Dr Sanchez-Bravo has practiced preventive and acute care for adults and children, including well visits, immunizations, chronic disease management, women’s health, prenatal care, and geriatric care. She is committed to health equity, evidence-based medicine, and clear, compassionate communication, and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to address both medical and behavioral health needs.
