“This was my first time meeting Dr. Gerbino, and my experience was exceptional. The office was very clean and neat - it looked brand new. The staff was helpful and friendly. I expected to wait to see the doctor, but I was brought to the exam room shortly after I filled out my paperwork and the doctor saw me almost immediately after the nurse took my vitals. Dr. Gerbino was personable, helpful and engaged. She spent ample time patiently listening to me and answering all of my questions. She made sure I was satisfied with my visit, which I absolutely appreciated. I did not feel rushed or confusion - I felt calm and fully heard. THANK YOU! As an internist, Dr. Gabrielle Gerbino is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She extends her services at CMC IM Faculty Practice in Toms River, NJ, and visits the Community Medical Center as an affiliate.

I arrived to the office 10mins late as my GPS took me to a different building. I was told that Doctor did not want to see me even though I had confirmed my appt. I had driven 40 mins to this office and I was not even giving the opportunity to see the doctor. I was told she was overbooked. I waited for this appt.for a few weeks and I was turned away with no proper explanation. I am wondering if I would have been a non latina, I would have been turned away so fast. I had filled out my information in the portal already.
I will call Fidelis and let them know as they are the ones who refer me to this doctor.

Dr.Gerbino was great her communication, her behavior, and empathy made me feel understood, she was a great listener . She gets you right away solutions, meditation scripts, and her staff back her up on point, everyone knows what to do and helps you without hesitation, cleanliness of the office was on point as well . I had to switch MD because mine was retiring. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Gabito within 2 weeks using zocodoc com. I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance of the office as well as the professional and pleasant staff. Dr. Gabino was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. She asked a lot of questions about my current and past health and addressed many of my concerns. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Gabino.
