“The visit was a wellness visit following blood and urine tests taken the week earlier. The Dr. Reviewed all my current meds and then went over my Blood and Urine Test results. There were several tests that were not performed. There was no reason given. The Dr said I will have to have the Tests repeated and I will need to make another appointment to have blood and urine submitted and the see him to review results. We are still waiting for all of my Medical Records to be transferred from my old PCP’s office.”
