The office staff was very friendly. Although I filled out all the paperwork on line, it didn’t completely transfer. The doctor came in seeing me filling out paperwork immediately was annoyed and rude. The telephone message from their office mentioned questions one could ask, one being about weight. Dr. Devi responded as if I asked about heroine. Repeating saying she didn’t prescribe such medication. When I said that was fine, she continued to harp on the subject. I went to Baycare hospital for bloodwork. It’s a beautiful facility & everyone there was very friendly & professional. I found a new provider from Advent Health & canceled my future appointment with Dr. Devi. Sorry it wasn’t a good experience.

She has better ability of understand all my details in Indian regional language Tamil and able to respond queries though she is not speaking on Tamil, but her communication can helped to understand me feel better. Doctor is good but she took less time to check on us than the wait time for our appointment. We waited for more than 40 min after our appointment time but doctor was with us only for less than 10 to check and was in a hurry for another appointment which is unfair.

The ease of booking on Zocdoc is truly amazing. The ability to input my criteria and insurance, be matched with providers, and having the ability to choose the best person for me was epic. I received a text to confirm my appointment and some medical paperwork to fill out. The ability to fill out my paperwork prior to the visit cut down the wait time incredibly. I just provided my ID and insurance card and within 5 minutes of my appointment, I was called in for the nurse to take my vitals and prep for the doctor. They were both very professional and very kind. Spoke using words and terminology I could understand, never rushing me but listening and responding. I felt very seen and heard. I'm making this provider my primary (believe it or not, one is very hard to find).

Our doctor was very sweet and patient, as my baby screamed while she was asking me health questions about my history. She was very firm about things I need to be aware of, while also being very kind and polite.

I scheduled an annual exam in Zocdoc. Instructions included that I fast for the whole day, which I did. The office never contacted me to let me know I was 2 weeks too early to qualify for the annual physical insurance coverage. If they had, I simply would have rescheduled the date. Instead they apparently changed my appointment purpose to just update a prescription refill. Unknowingly, I paid my copay for the visit. After I paid, the doctor met me and said this was NOT going to be an annual physical. Furthermore, she told me an annual exam would have been fully covered by insurance, if only I had scheduled it two weeks later. She ?then sarcastically offered to do the physical exam and I could pay out of pocket. I felt she was disrespectful and not at all empathetic. Other doctors have advised me when there is a coverage issue before an appointment happens. This office does not do that due diligence. ?

Firstly the office were very friendly and clean. It was also very inviting of new patients. Dr. Devi was amazing; explained a lot of things clearly about what I was taking. Gave me great recommendations as to what meds I can stop taking. Had a totally awesome bedside manner and was easy to talk to. Dr Devi’s staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall was an awesome experience and I will have Dr Devi as my primary care doctor. The office and doctor is highly recommended. Thank you

As good as the office was I don’t believe Ill be coming back. It felt like there was a lack of bedside manners. Initially there weren’t any issues but as the appointment went on I did not feel comfortable sharing what I was going through, and it felt like there was a-lot of judgement. Regardless of what someones going through, It should be telling if the patient can’t comfortably talk to their doctor.

Dr. Devi was amazing! From arriving and checking-in, meeting the nurse and then Dr. Devi, they were friendly and prompt. I felt very comfortable, my questions were answered and was provided good feedback on items to work on. It’s difficult to find a good doctor with nice bedside manner, but appreciate Dr. Devi and the team.
