Dr. James was great! She was extremely friendly, she really listened to me and moved with urgency. I liked that you can get the majority of your testing done in house and everyone was very friendly. My only “con” is that it did take me almost 3 hours to complete my visit between seeing the doctor, bloodwork and an EKG. I think, due to how many patients are being seen, I may have been accidentally overlooked but once I brought it to someone’s attention, I was take care of promptly so I’d still highly recommend this doctor/practice.

Dr James was amazing! I haven't been to a PCP in YEARS, mainly because I'm healthy and don't like taking time out of my day to even get a check up once a year. Now that I'm pushing 40 I felt it was time to start doing so and I wish I did sooner! Dr James took the time to listen to what I had to say and was able to help come up with an actionable plan on my concerns. I can't stress it enough, she was a breath of fresh air! I wish every doctor was like this.

I went in for my annual exam. Upon arrival I was told I would have to pay for new patient onboarding. I have never experienced that before and was not told about it beforehand. I was also not told that I could’ve had a panel taken if I had fasted. The communication was poor and the office was run down. Staff was friendly enough though.

My overall experience with the provider and the nurse were amazing. They were able to manage my expectations and ease my anxiety. They were also very understanding and welcoming. I felt comfortable discussing any health issues I was having. My only issue with this appointment was the wait time of the office but I'd do it again if it meant I could get the proper medical care. I would also like more parking space and renovations to the building but that does not take away from the appointment and the provider.

I have Aetna insurance. They tell me that I have some type of insurance that does not cover office visit I called the 800 number after leaving the office and they say that is not true with Aetna patient they need to call and not submit online now they’re legit doctors office. Why didn’t they know that I would not go back I will never return and I will advise anyone not to return to this unprofessional not knowing doctors office.

Everyone was friendly but poor communication and misunderstanding that my appointment was for a Pap smear that I was never able to get until booking another appointment. Very misleading to book an appointment with the doctor I thought I was getting and then never seeing her.

The front desk employee was not the nicest to me. She didn’t treat me like family which is what their motto is. But Dr. James was so nice. I wish she was able to help me a little bit more but I am grateful for her.

I was very happy with the visit. The staff were very helpful. Dr. James was very pleasant and caring. She was knowledgeable. I haven’t had a check up for few years and I will go back again for my labs and follow up if needed. I hope everything will be ok.
