I was greeted right away and better than that, they cracked the code on figuring out my insurance (which has been somewhat problematic previously). Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr. were pleasant and professional. Dr. Higbee spent at least 30 minutes with me to find contact lenses that would improve my distance eyesight while not losing my ability to read without reading glasses. There is a relatively small selection of frames. But the bedside manner was top notch and the ability to schedule an appointment online is awesome....I'll be back!

I really liked Genna Higee. She was very thorough and gave me advice on my dry eyes that no other doctor bothered to explain. I plan on keeping Dr Higee as my permanent eye doctor.

I had a very pleasant experience. The office was very clean, comfortable and modern. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over 20 years so I was not sure what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and everyone answered all my questions no matter how mundane! The check in process was painless and it was helpful that I had already filled out all my forms through Zocdoc. The only downside was that I did have to wait a while to be seen, but truthfully it didn't bother me. They had a great soundtrack on and pretty displays, which helped pass the time. Dr. Higbee was very sweet and professional. I came back the next day to pick a pair of glasses. I loved that someone wasn't hovering over my shoulder while I tried things on. There were so many cool, stylish frames to choose from! I picked out something that I know I'll love and wear often. They were from Eye Society's own, new line and very affordable for me since I don't have specific vision coverage. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Higbee's office!
