I had the worst experience at this eye clinic today. We arrived just 12 minutes late and the front desk staff member Jonathan told us they only allow patients up to 10 minutes late, so they refused to take us in. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially for an eye appointment with an optometrist. It is not even a regular medical doctor visit, yet they showed zero flexibility or understanding. Jonathan was not helpful at all and did not even try to communicate politely or accommodate the situation. For a place that deals with patient care, this level of customer service is unbelievable. I have never had such a bad experience with any eye appointment before. If you value your time and expect basic respect and professionalism, I would highly recommend going to a different clinic.
