“Appointment started later than expected. New patients are asked to be there 15 minutes early but office didn’t open until my appointment time. Once all the preliminary things were completed, the actual time with the doctor went very well. He was thorough in his care and assessment of my condition and concerns. He developed a plan of treatment that I am comfortable with.”

I didn't get any info for the video visit. App told me that Doctor Gerald would contact me on how to meet for video visit and I didnt receive any kind of contact. Doctor was a no show

Dr. Bell’s knowledge really stood out, he was easy to talk to, showed me via X-rays what was going on, explained procedure by procedure what he was about to do calming my anxiety. Can’t wait for the next session, I walked out feeling better, no pain at this time. The building was nice and clean, including the ladies restroom.

I had a great first experience. The building was new, clean, modern and had lots of new-age equipment. The music piping through the offices was soft 90's R&B, which made the minimal wait times pleasant, and it really set the mood for wellness and relaxation. I have recommended Dr. Bell to my family already.

Dr. Bell and staff are super friendly and helpful. Their support, patience, and communication is always appreciated. I have been a long term patient (by choice) because of the TRUST and personal relationship I have developed with Capital Spine and Rehabilitation.

On first visit I was ready to leave due to the long wait but we came in. I was impressed by the thorough assessment and detailed explanation. I followed his treatment plan and recommendations. Six weeks in and feel amazing. Little to no pain and all without medication. I highly recommend.
PS. The staff is awesome too!!

The attention given to the patients by Dr Bell and his staff exceeded my expectations. I also think the equipment used in the clinic is top quality. Highly recommend.
