Worst Dermat I have been to. Went for a RECURRING abscess and the doctor just wanted to hurry up and leave so I couldn't ask any follow up questions. Also, it's been 2 weeks and I am still due for a culture report (which typically takes 2 - 5 days). No response from the doctor yet.

I went in for my annual dermatology appointment, but my experience was disappointing. The doctor arrived about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and appeared to be significantly behind schedule. As a result, I felt very rushed throughout the visit. The skin exam felt quick and cursory rather than thorough, which was concerning given that I have multiple scars that I expected would be examined more carefully. Additionally, when I tried to ask specific questions, I often was not able to finish my sentences before the doctor moved on. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the level of attention and care provided during the appointment.

I had to call because my appointment hadn't start yet I was like maybe 15 minutes late. When speaking with them they try to tell me I didn't upload my insurance card yet which I did do they said that they sent me a link to a for a form to fill out which I did not receive and they also wanted me to send them copies of my insurance cards which I don't understand why I would have to do that when you're supposed to load them up to the site so needless to say I did not have my appointment and I removed all my information. And I did find the person who answered the telephone to be very rude to me and unhelpful
