I just had a litter of puppies, so I was very busy. Very aware of the appointment 5 days before the 2nd cancel notice. I agreed it would be best to not move forward. I thought i was reaching out for help? The impatient qualitys of this company is odd. I really hope to find a professional some day that really cares.
