Gina believes mental health care should feel collaborative, approachable, and free of judgment. Calm, caring, and down-to-earth, she creates a comfortable environment where clients can be themselves and feel heard, respected, and supported. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works to understand each client’s experiences, concerns, strengths, circumstances, and goals. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes education and empowerment. Gina incorporates cognitive and behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, cognitive reframing, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. She also helps clients explore practical changes related to sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management, boundaries, and healthier coping strategies. Her goal is to help clients recognize patterns, better understand their experiences, and develop sustainable tools that support their well-being and daily functioning. Gina finds purpose in building meaningful connections, helping clients through difficult periods, and seeing their progress. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets, as well as cooking and gardening.
