First session chiro couldn’t adjust my back due to inflammation so I got the electrodes & a warm towel. After the time was up the tech realized he only turned the ones on my shoulder on, not my lower back. Should have known this place was a mess then. 2nd appt I waited an hour & a half for my PT session (I waited because I didn’t want to waste a trip & my back was on fire from a car accident). All they could do was use the electrodes and a warm towel again because they hadn’t gotten a script from the chiro yet. I decide to give them one more chance (yep I’m a glutton for punishment) and go for PT on a Saturday at 11am (again still in pain). I was not going to waste another hour and a half so I walked out at 11:15 and will not be back. I don’t think these people even know the meaning of the word appointment. If you want to be treated like cattle, rack up medical bills for a lawsuit and have time to kill go to this office. If you’re really in pain and want quality care, look elsewhere.
