My appointment was scheduled for 11AM. My first call was sometime after 9AM no response. I called several times after and even left voicemail and no response. I then drove 8 miles to their office couldn’t find the location so I called again. This time someone answered and after explaining. She said that she saw that the appointment was made however it would take 2 to 3 days to verify my insurance. That if I wanted to be seen today that I could need to pay cash. Needless to say that I was not happy. I didn’t take up the offer and would never go to see them again.
