Truly a great experience with Giovanna! She was upbeat and down to earth and took me seriously right away. This was my first visit with her and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend her for your PCP/women’s health needs. Note that zocdoc makes the practice sound like an OB/GYN though and it is not!

I was happy with my first visit for a well-women exam. I got there 5 minutes earlier and they called me in on time. Everything was good. They convinced me to go there for an annual physical exam in the next following week. I did. That experience was not pleasant, mostly because I had to wait around 40 minutes and I got an unexpected bill after. The nurse talked me through my blood test result that they did on my well-women exam and advised me to exercise more and eat healthy regardless of my abnormal cholesterol result. Then, she asked me if I had any concerns. I only asked her one question about my skin sensitivity. She prescribed me a cream that I didn't ask for. A month later, I got a bill for a doctor's visit. I feel I got tricked. They told me that any advice the doctor gave me is considered a visit. I'm not happy with the answer. I probably will never go back there again.
