As someone who is Latin and originally from Brazil, I deeply understand the cultural values, expectations, and pressures that can come with growing up in a Latin family. I recognize how important family dynamics, responsibility, and identity can be, and I incorporate this understanding into care when it is meaningful to you.
As a former Division 1 athlete, I also understand the pressure to perform at a high level while managing self doubt, stress, and mental fatigue. I bring that perspective into my work and support patients in building resilience, confidence, and sustainable performance in their daily lives.
