He also earned the Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree, specializing in healthcare management and community health initiatives. He is an associate clinical professor of medicine at New York Medical College and a Clinical Instructor at Yale, New Haven Hospital. Dr. Gandelman is married and has two young children.

Very high quality doctor, physician assistants, imaging team and office -- one of the most thorough and informative visits to a doctor's office ever.
Because I scheduled through the app and because I was a new patient, the wait was longer than anticipated.
This doctor and staff were all extremely professional and explained everything in detail. They answered any questions I had. I chose the location because it was close to my job and had great reviews. Only issue was I long wait for a procedure and to go back to work, they gave me a second appointment, waved the co-payment for the additional visit and called later to apologize for the wait. When I walked in 30mins early for the second appt, they greeted me by name ??. And said they were ready to see me !

Dr. Gandelman ran a full gamut of tests on me as a first time patient and determined there were no issues with my heart after a stress test, ultrasound and EKG. There was no week-long waiting nor beating around the bush. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with Dr. Gandelman, although I did not actually see Dr. Gandelman. His assistant took care of me. I didn't know what to think at first, but I was very satisfied with my visit overall. The doctors and staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor's assistant was very funny and very knowledgeable. My visit was 3 hours long but very thorough. I came out knowing much more about my condition/issue than when I came in. I would highly recommend this doctor.
Had to repeat the same information over and over again. Got conflicting advice from three different people. Appointment was at 10.00 a.m. for vaccinations and I didn't leave until 11.40 a.m. - ridiculous. I would never recommend this service.
Always feel good when I leave
I found the entire staff to be very courteous, professional and patient friendly. The results of my tests were explained to me very thoroughly and even though I was the last patient of the day, Dr. Gandelman took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. I should also note that I enjoyed the "oldies" music being played in the waiting area. Being born in 1951, it brought back many fond memories. A+ rating from me...Dan R.

The girls are very nice, the oldies playing were great..... (should have them piped into the examining rooms) The lights in the examining rooms would be great in a jewellery store.... They don't accept insurance for travel vaccines, even though my insurance covers all of it. They didn't think to let me know until the morning of my appointment and didn't think to leave a message or maybe try calling again when I didn't answer.
All who cared for me were very pleasant. Dr. Gandelman was very generous with his time, clear in his analysis and gave me great confidence that he was knowledgeable and interested in finding the right treatment approach. I would definitely recommend him.

He has a great bedside manner and his background and Masters degree in public health, along with his medical degree, combine to offer a very comprehensive and highly valued medical service and a beneficial perspective on cardiac health and cardiac care.
