About Dr. Grace Kimmel

Dr. Grace Kimmel is a board-certified dermatologist. She is excited to be working at Snyder Dermatology, at the north office location. Dr. Kimmel specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She particularly enjoys medical dermatology, and has experience treating a broad range of skin conditions including psoriasis, acne, eczema, and skin cancers. Dr. Kimmel is also trained in cosmetic dermatology, and loves to discuss skin care products and treatments with her patients. Dr. Kimmel grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami, and earned her M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed a 2-year dermatopharmacology fellowship at Mount Sinai in New York City, working as a sub-investigator on a number of clinical trials for a variety of dermatologic conditions. Dr. Kimmel then completed her residency in dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has been published in several dermatology journals and presented at multiple national conferences. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Kimmel is board certified by the American Academy of Dermatology. In her free time, Dr. Kimmel enjoys spending time with husband and daughter, traveling, and exploring Austin.
