This NP was very rude. Raised her voice at me and referred to me as “Lady” instead of miss or my name. Very unprofessional and lacked basic understanding and knowledge upon filling out a form at my request that she didn’t bother to read correctly. Will not go back and I hope you don’t either.

I came to get a second opinion from Grace M. Her bedside manners are okay, she really doesn't communicate much, or smiles. She'll offer information, but only if you ask.
My prescription was approved but the location need pre-authorization from her or her office. 8 days later and I'm still waiting. Now I have to call my insurance company to complain about what wasn't rendered to me. I knew I should've gone to a more professional doctor or NP. Go at your own risk!

The nurse practitioner was okay. I don't know if she was tired that day or that's just her personality but she seemed bland. She had asked if I was active and I had mentioned that I used to go to gym but haven't been recently due to work but I walk a lot. She kind of just brushed it off and was nonchalantly saying that I should be more active to prevent problems later on like back pains, and all that stuff, which I understood and agreed with. I just would've liked someone with a little more positive energy. The nurse assistant who drew my blood and took my blood pressure was nice even though she had a hard time finding my vein which I never had issues with at any physical before, she was still nice though.

I appreciate that I not immediately offered antibiotics. Instead we talked about what I have already done naturally, and she respected my choice and seemed to be in agreement with not taking antibiotics. She listened and offered an alternative that is doing the job for me.

I was barely examined. She didn’t take my temp, BP or feel my neck.
The worst was that she prescribed an antibiotic that I am allergic to despite the fact that both she and the nurse confirmed my allergy. Do not go here!

I was seen by the doctor that I booked with today, Dr. Grace Masaba. The wait time was less than 10 mins, maybe because it was the day after Thanksgiving.. and I got seen 15 mins earlier than my scheduled appointment. She was very attentive and listened to everything I had a concern with. Great visit.
