Grace is a board-certified PMHNP-BCwhose focus is to assess and treat patients' health concerns, including anxiety and depression. She is passionate about working with patients and creating appropriate multi-modal treatment plans to address various mental health concerns. The goal is to work with her patients to help them achieve their ultimate level of functioning. Medication management is a vital part of a multi-modal treatment plan. In addition to medication management, she follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.
MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
