“Dr. Odi was so amazing. I had been looking for a PCP i could stick with and I’ve found one. When going over family history, she was informative on what each condition was & what that meant for me. I also loved how easy she was to talk to. A lot of people are initiated by their physicians but Dr. Odi made me feel very comfortable as if i was talking to a co-worker or friend. Thank you for taking the time to educate me during my visit. You have a patient in me forever ??”

About Dr. Grace Odi

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin with high honors, Grace Odi, MD, received her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She went on to complete her internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Odi treats adult patients, ages 18 and older. She provides care for routine annual physical exams and treats a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, such as cold and flu symptoms, diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol, as well as anxiety and depression. Being an advocate for preventive medicine, Dr. Odi has clinical interests that include educating patients on nutrition and exercise. Patients in central Houston enjoy her welcoming smile and genuine concern for her patients’ well-being. Dr. Odi’s goal is to make sure her patients understand their medical diagnoses and to provide the best possible advice to her patients when they make medical decisions. Outside of the office, Dr. Odi enjoys trying new cuisines and restaurants, staying physically fit through exercise, and spending time with family and friends.

I was disappointed with Dr. Odi during this annual visit. I felt very rushed and she did not appear to be attentive to my needs. As I described symptoms I was experiencing, before I could even finish, she was putting in a script for medication and had moved on to the next subject. She did not take her time, did not engage, and did not offer any information regarding preventative measures.
