This allows care that addresses the root cause of mental health problems. My communication style I create a welcoming and supportive environment by demonstrating open-mindedness, empathy, and respect. I am an active listener with a flexible and adaptable attitude. My journey to mental healthcare I decided to pursue a career in mental health because of my personal experience growing up. I have witnessed the impact that mental health challenges can have on loved ones and the community, which fostered my desire to make a difference in this field. My goals for you I use a collaborative approach with all my patients. Building rapport is key to establishing a positive relationship. As your mental health provider, I will work with you to identify concerns, explore strengths, and set up specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-specific goals.
