I appreciated that. The Dr didn’t act rushed and displayed care. I like the staff, too. They were super nice and relatable. I feel comfortable at Dr. Shelton’s office and would recommend. ”

Dr. Greg Shelton is a native Houstonian who has chosen to establish his medical practice with OBGYN Medical Center Associates in his hometown. Dr. Shelton earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and returned to Texas to attend medical school at The University of Texas – Southwestern in Dallas. His Ob/Gyn residency was completed at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
In addition to a wide variety of obstetrical and gynecological conditions, Dr. Shelton’s professional interests include the management of abnormal pap smears, cervical dysplasia, abnormal bleeding, and menopause. Overall visit was fine. My issue didn’t seem to be related to gyno but he was just not very friendly and seemed rushed to get through the appointment. Didn’t really take the time to listen to me much which could be due to my problem not being related to gyno after all but no either way I won’t book with him again

I was very please to find Dr. Shelton on zocdoc. I needed an appointment right away for same day service, and I was not disappointed I got my appointment exactly 1 hour and half later. I got phone call from staff verifying my reason for visit. Once I got to the appointment I was greeted immediately from front staff and was sent to location where doctor was. I was met with an nice young lady who walked me to patient room. Doctor came in like 10 minutes later. Dr. Shelton listen to my reason for coming and did the proper examination with his lady staff member overlooking for his protection. He immediately referred me for more test and I was taken care of. He sent prescriptions in before he even got my final test results. I will most likely make him my new gynecologist. I was very happy and pleased with his services.

I had a wonderful experience both in this office and with Dr. Shelton. The office staff here were the kindest of any I've encountered, and Dr. Shelton genuinely listened to my concerns and consulted with me about a plan of action going forward that I felt comfortable with. I wish this were the case with every provider, but as many of you probably know, it is not! I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Shelton on Zocdoc.

Awful office. Staff don't want to be troubled with the inconvenience of patient care, particularly a woman named Rene. The physician couldn't wait to get me out of his office, he was talking so fast and mumbled half of what he said. Getting information out of him about my visit was like pulling teeth. Overall, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

Dr Shelton is hands down one of the best doctors I have had. He's super thorough, pays attention to detail and has great bedside manners. I feel like I had a complicated and somewhat scary pregnancy and Dr Shelton was very careful and on top of everything when it came to my health and my baby's health. The nurses at the hospital spoke nothing but great things about him as well. He's a wonderful dr.
