About Guerline Saintfleur

Dr. Guerline Saintfleur, DHA, FNP-C, is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Her healthcare journey began as a hospital volunteer and has since spanned diverse clinical settings, including medical-surgical, emergency step-down, oncology, and the Indian Health Service. Before entering clinical practice, Dr. Saintfleur dedicated herself to raising her family, an experience that shaped her deep commitment to serving others. She now leads Client-Centered Care, where she is launching a Virtual Walk-In clinic to provide accessible telehealth services that bridge the gap between primary and non-urgent care. Through virtual only, my mission is to expand access to quality healthcare while ensuring patients receive the right care. About My Telehealth Services: I provide compassionate telehealth care for patients managing chronic conditions that do not require an in-person or inpatient visit. My goal is to support each patient’s ongoing health through education, guidance, and consistent follow-up. Please note: I do not prescribe narcotic medications or any Schedule-controlled drugs through telehealth.
