How we treat it: image-guided injections (epidural steroid, facet joint, selective nerve root, stellate ganglion and lumbar sympathetic blocks), radiofrequency ablation, vertebroplasty, spinal cord, peripheral and vagus nerve stimulation, discography and electrodiagnostic testing, shockwave therapy, chiropractic care and physical therapy in the same building, addiction medicine including supervised opioid weaning, and medical weight loss and metabolic care. Dr. Padda earned his MD at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, trained in general surgery at Cook County Hospital / University of Illinois-Chicago, and completed his anesthesia residency at Washington University-Barnes Hospital, where he was Chief Resident. He taught anesthesiology and pediatrics at Saint Louis University and earned an MBA there.
