“I receive text all three days before my appointment, on the day of the appointment. My doctor told me if there was nothing wrong with me. He would give me a call and let me know. Never got a call. They told me to come into the office Just to tell me nothing was wrong. I was charged $109 for that.! I would like to get that money back.”

Dr. Porter received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and completed his urology residency and pre-specialty surgery training at Kansas University Medical Center.

My experience here was horrible. After coming in for a very personal issue, the doctor was very judgmental and condescending to my wife and I. No steps were taken to check for issues than just a visual inspection.
We finally agreed on a course of treatment and the medicine was never sent to the pharmacy. When I called back I was told someone would call me and never received contact. Worst experience possible.
They got a copay for no service whatsoever.
