Very nice doctor but the staff is rude. The power kept turning off. The follow up appointment never happened because the doctor left 30 minutes before my time. I’d love to see this doctor again but won’t due to rude staff and bad office experiences.

Dr. Rivero was very good, but the office is quite hard to find. In the 240 Willoughby St location It's the first floor, but that means a floor above the lobby floor and listed as the Family Health Center, not the Family Medicine Center. The office is fairly chaotic, I had to wait over an hour.

I really liked Dr. Rivero. She was quite thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. The office however doesnt appear to be well run as i was taken approx 1 hr after my appointment time. I am going to go back for a follow up and see what happens next time. Also for some reason they were not able to access the zoc doc info i spend time completing on line.

You can tell that Dr. Rivero really cares about her patients! She was able to give me referrals for the type of doctors i need and even helped me schedule appts with them after her working hours. She also checked in with me after my appt to see how i was feeling. She's a real professional!

Fantastic doctor, extremely knowledgeable and professional, excellent bedside manner, highly recommend. The waiting room experience however is terrible, I had to wait more than an hour, which seems to be standard in that office :(
