With it being in an urgent care. The check in was long and you go overlooked if you don’t speak up.

Very quick to see you but office was unclean. Nurse was nice but didn’t know what a symptom I was having meant and had to ask doctor for the definition. Did tests but miscommunication with Doctor led to a unpleasant experience
My experience at this location has always been chaotic and hectic. I never really have a pleasant experience. The staff don't seem too professional nor caring or considerate except 1 or 2. There is barely any privacy when checking in. I only go here because the place I reside requires it. I overheard the doctor sounding very frustrated while speaking to the nurse about me as a patient. The doctor has been in contact with other third parties regarding my health concerns and seems exhausted with seeing me as an individual. i don't feel respected. Also there was something recommended and about to be performed without my permission. I don't feel heard nor listened to, they bill me and my insurance although they are supposed to bill the corporate account for the ones who send me. It's just an overall bad experience giving everything that I'm dealing with, I would definitely go elsewhere if I could choose for myself. I keep feeling like I'm being given the runaround.

MD Kahoano was horrible. Im a travelRN that has to get my adhd meds filled by a new PCP in every state that i work in. I sent my med records prior to the visit, explained to the MDmy situation, told him I have been on these meds for over 15yrs, and even brought my med bottles from the month prior. I had to drive 2.5 hrs to see this MD because the state im currently contracted in is inundated with patients for PCP’s. MD said he would send a short term Rx until i saw the psych doc he wanted me to see. In the mean time i had blood work, an ekg, and a urine drug screen done that im sure at my age with no real reason to, insurance probably wont cover. I made it VERY CLEAR i would have to drive back to where i was working the next day for a shift. MD never sent my meds even after x calls back after my appointment.Ive traveled all over the USA and have been through this situation many, many times. I can say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my 8.5 years as a travelRN.

I felt like I was in the right place.

I was very disappointed by the treatment given by the nurses and staff. No one took the time to explain anything that was happening in the appt. I was basically told to hurry up because that person was supposed to be gone 15mins ago. Imagine not feeling well and someone making it seem like an inconvenience. I can't say I would recommend going there.
They said they did not have an appointment scheduled but I was able to get a new appt. They sd they are not connected to zocdoc. My visit with the doctor was horrible. In summary he did not listen to why I was there, did what he wanted and then would not refill my medicine. He sd we never talked about it when that was the reason why I was there. Which means that he did not look at or address why I was there. I have the same medicine I've always had but he would not refill it. This is not the first time. He does not listen. I'm not going back this was the last straw for me. To many other doctors out there.
Verified patient
Horrible, they said they have no association with zocdoc, and never have. So I went there and wasted my time, no help whatsoever.
Verified patient
Very professional and the staff were very helpful. I was able to get everything I needed for today done efficiently and without hassle. Glad I was able to go here

You all are great thanks!

He was very blunt and I didn't feel like he was taking my pain seriously. He was literally in and out in five minutes. The receptionist had to call me because he didn't even ask what pharmacy I use. I definitely won't be coming back.
