Halley earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Beckfield College and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University. She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University before completing postgraduate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Purdue University Global. Her extensive nursing background includes caring for children, adults, and older adults, with a particular focus on women's health. Through this work, Halley recognized significant gaps in mental health support, especially for women experiencing challenges during pregnancy and postpartum and individuals navigating substance use concerns. These experiences inspired her to specialize in psychiatric mental health care. Halley's approach is collaborative, individualized, and centered on trust and transparency. She values therapy, client education, and shared decision-making, encouraging individuals to ask questions, express concerns, and participate actively in their care. Her goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and empowered as they work toward improved mental health and quality of life. Outside of work, Halley enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, music, crafting, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her four dogs, Dixie, Slinky, Coco, and Groot.
