They cancelled my appointment twice giving me the “option” to confirm that I was okay with self pay by cancelling my original appointment, then asking me to reschedule to show I was okay with self pay. So I did as instructed and scheduled another appointment, that they then also canceled because I am self pay. Very irritating process and honestly companies/providers like this is why a lot of us continue to go with out consistent psych care. Next time call, we know insurance doesn’t cover and know we will self pay, don’t just cancel
