The intake nurse listened to all my complaints and documented everything. Hannah was very pleasant and professional… she listened to everything I had explained to her about the elements I’m experiencing through my day to day…after the examination was completed she ordered the appropriate additional testing…this experience makes all the difference in the world when you’re experiencing unpleasant symptoms. The office was clean and organized. The staff at the front desk and the MA I encountered were nice and friendly. Hannah, the NP is a very nice and caring lady who took the time to get to know ME and my health issues. My questions were explained to me and I didn’t feel rushed in any way during the visit which is mighty refreshing.

I’m a new patient, my appointment is 9:45 but I came in at 9:05, but they told me before that I have to come 30 minutes before my appointment to verify my insurance. Staff were friendly and explained what was going on. Everyone was very nice.

Great visit overall! Hannah was very attentive, explained everything thoroughly and took all necessities into consideration when ordering labs. Front desk staff helped me coordinate an appointment within the month where I can get the couple different services needed all on the same day.

I was informed new patients had to be seen in person. Took day off from work and showed up ten minutes BEFORE my appointment time (I got there and was checked in at 10:05 am, appointment at 10:15). Was badmouthed loudly in front of other patients and was told at 10:30 that they needed to reschedule me because I was unacceptably late. If you need patients to be there 30 min early or they will be rescheduled, tell them that. I would also appreciate not being badmouthed loudly, that's just rude.

My visit with Hannah was my first GP visit in 4 years. She was so sweet and helpful. She took all the time that was needed to go over my health head to toe. She didn’t hesitate to refer me to a couple specialists for follow ups and took care of my female health exam that same visit. She was gentle, kind and caring, along with the rest of the staff.
Scheduling through zoc doc went smoothly. I was able to be seen on a Saturday and was able to schedule my follow up on a day i already had off.
