About Dr. Harika Guduru
Dr. Harika believes in practicing evidence-based medicine. Most importantly, individual and patient centered evidence based medical care. She believes primary care can do wonders in the field of medicine and enjoys treating not only the specific medical problems that patients come to her with but provides holistic care playing the role of a healer. She is a very good listener and her caring nature towards her patients makes them feel comfortable and helps establish long lasting relationships.
Providing preventive care through lifestyle changes is something she strongly believes in. She is good at counseling and motivating patients to make lifestyle changes that help with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high/low blood pressure and other heart conditions.
Completed her Internal Medicine residency at Brookwood Baptist Health, Birmingham, Alabama and specializes in treating diabetes, HTN and other chronic disease management and acute health conditions.
When not at work she loves spending time with her family, gardening, working on home improvement projects and cooking.
