I completed psychiatry residency at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine-VA. I have experience providing psychiatric care in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and consultation-liaison settings and treating depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, perinatal mental health, and psychotic disorders. I take a warm, approachable, and nonjudgmental approach and want patients to feel comfortable discussing their concerns openly. Follow-up visits assess progress, medication effectiveness and tolerability, and alignment with goals, with treatment adjusted based on response, preferences, and changing needs.
