About Dr. Harley Martinmaas

Dr. Harley grew up in the small town of Ringsted, Iowa. She was first introduced to chiropractic during junior high due to sports-related injuries. During high school, chiropractic kept her playing after suffering a severe ankle sprain during her junior softball season. That was when she decided to pursue a career in helping people through chiropractic. She attended North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, IA, and Dakota State University in Madison, SD, majoring in Exercise Science while playing collegiate softball. Dr. Harley fulfilled her dream of becoming a doctor of chiropractic by attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer, she learned how the body heals itself, how nerve interference affects the healing process, and how chiropractic removes that interference to restore proper healing. Outside of the office, you will find Dr. Harley spending time outdoors going on walks with Weston and their dog, Sophie, baking all of the things, and enjoying time with friends and family.
