The treating physician does not know anything about my previous visit and didn’t bother to read up on it prior to coming in to the room. The MA was cold and unfriendly but the physician was friendly and cordial.

First, the wait was very long. Then, even before I was seen by the doctor,
the staff member had me do a test without any explanation what to expect, how long is the test etc. It was so painful, I didn't know if it was normal. I started to bleed. I removed all equipment without finishing the test. They had a report printed, but I am sure it was not accurate. The doctor prescribed a PET scan with special contrast when the chart clearly says that the patient is allergic to scan contrasts. My impression of the office is to see as many people as possible without real attention to the patients problems. Would not recommend this office.

The doctor was fine. The staff in the office seemed a bit preoccupied. At the time of the appointment it was only at the end that it was mentioned that a sample for testing should be left. The lab misplaced or discarded the sample left to be sent out for analysis. Nearly a week later I was asked to go in for another. A voice message was received indicating the need to return for another sample. It indicated that a sample had not been left. On the phone call it was indicated that possibly the written name was illegible. (The name and birth date were clearly hand printed on the container.) When specific information about what had happened to the sample was requested, the reply was there was no way to know since there were many who worked there. The remark "It happens all the time" was a cause for concern. My impression was that management and supervision in the lab could be improved.
