My name is Harmony Mamutse. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC). I obtained my master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana.
The role of a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner is to assess, diagnose, and treat the mental health needs of those suffering from mental health disorders. My training allows me to approach behavioral health problems in a comprehensive way, with the understanding that each person has a story to tell about what they have been through in life.
I am licensed in Ohio to prescribe psychiatric medication across the lifespan. I currently treat clients aged 18 and above.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

The office in Middletown does not care about the people it barely attempts to treat. Stop showing providers on Zocdoc if the appointment times do not line up, or if you are going to switch them to an available provider without notice, consider that people may feel uncomfortable. I was rebooked first, with a few hours notice by a woman who missed my appointment by 20 min. I called and they said she was walking from the bathroom. Just because people are mentally ill does not make them less important, or worthy of ethical communication and consent. I am worse off genuinely for booking with this office. Would not recommend to my worst enemy let alone people who are at their worst and need care.
