Doctor Rashid actually took time to listen to my situation, to understand and analyze the best course of action.

Dr. Rashid is an amazing doctor. He doesn't mince words, but he LISTENS to you - which is truly refreshing.
He made me comfortable for my first visit with him and made sure I understood every option I had.
He is very nice and understanding. Very good bedside manner and listens to everything we say.

I scheduled an appointment online with no problems. I was seen with 15 minutes after I arrived at the office. A very pleasant experience in the midst of the pandemic.

Best Dr I’ve ever had
Verified patientVideo visit
I met with Dr Haroon Rashid today and I have to say he is one of WORST doctors that I have ever seen. He absolutely would NOT let me talk at all and when I tried to explain my medical history and my situation he kept interrupting me after I spoke just a few words, his bedside manner was so horrible, and he did not care about my situation at all, on top of all of that, I arrived at the office at 9:15 am and I did not leave the office until 1:00 pm. He left me waiting in the exam room for 3 hours and I was the only patient in the office, so why in the world he took 3 hours to see me in beyond me. Please do NOT waste tou time, energy or money seeing this man, my experience was the worst!!!

Very well mannered and always explains things me.
Office staff was very nice. Dr. Rashid hardly said 2 words when he came in and did not volunteer any info/help unless I specifically asked.

This appointment was in and out which I like. There was a slight wait to check in because the sole nurse was responsible for both duties but she was very respectful about it. The doctor helped me address multiple issues in a good amount of time. I plan to come back in the future.
Very helpful!!

He was not particularly friendly. It was more of an in-and-out, check the box sort of thing. I personally prefer a little more from my doctors.
Verified patient
Lazy and careless.
After waiting close to an hour, he came into my room. He barely asked any questions about what my symptoms were, I felt like I had found out more looking up information from the internet. He then left in the middle of seeing me to go see another patient. Then after waiting again, he came back and told me I would need to see a specialist but gave me no information on how to get one. Worst experience I've had in a doctor's office.

The doctor was fine, didn't seem very interested in my issue. The office rescheduled the appointment I made online because they didn't sync with the website, and then made me refill all of the checkin documents that I filled out online. Office is okay, but they need to work better with zocdoc.
He is professional and fast. Only thing that kind of drives me crazy is that he is always on the laptop and doesn't even touch you. I like him because he is attentive and asks about my other issues. Very good doctor and I love the times for the appointments. 8am appointment into work by 9:30. My kind of doctor he remembers you and what you were dealing with in previous appointments.
The nursing and front desk staff were AMAZING. Kind, personable, respectful, and they fit me in right away. They knew what they were doing and were very enjoyable. Dr. Rashid was nice enough, and while he was respectful of privacy he literally asked me if I had used web MD before coming in, and then proceeded to use it on his own cellphone in order to diagnose my issue. Then when I asked what could be done about it, he offered that I "wait a few weeks and see how it goes". While my issue wasn't dire or life threatening it certainly wasn't one I wanted to wait to diagnose, my symptoms made it pretty apparent what was happening. Overall I found my experience to be a positive one, especially with the nursing and administrative staff, and the visiting Nurse Practitioner in training.
Dr. Rashid was very attentive and I had a few tests while in the office. He advised that I needed to see a specialist and his nurse set up the appointment for me right away.
Disorganized
Very modern style office, and very comfortable waiting area. Walking distance from my work, and the staff were very nice, polite, and helpful.

Rude
I thought the nurse at the office was very nice and professional and polite. She definitely made me feel very welcome in the office and I enjoyed talking to her a lot. Dr. Rashid was helpful in getting answers for all of my questions. But the entire visit was spent on his laptop. He barely looked at me the entire time I was there and the nurse ended up doing everything. I wasn't happy with the visit but he met all of my medical needs in the time frame that I needed it done.
I was the first patient that day and I still needed to wait like 30 minutes for the doctor. The staff were nice and informative.

Doctor spent significant time listening - unusual in my experience. He did not bully or dictate, which is what I've come to expect with experts.
Verified patient
He seemed more interested in arguing with me about the importance of getting a flu shot than seeing if I was healthy. Though I do not enjoy being poked and prodded, I did not feel that my checkup was complete. I will not go back.
Very knowledgeable in all areas of internal medicine and follows up on unknowns, prescriptions, and referrals with efficacy. Very professional and a doctor I will be working with to help coordinate my care
It OK as the frist vist.
Bedside manner was less than warm. As a new patient looking for a physician in the area, I was hoping to build a more personal connection. The nurse was friendly as she took my medical history, but Dr. Rashid did not introduce himself when he entered and asked several of the same questions I had already been asked. He was looking down at his computer screen for most of our 10 minutes together, clicking things while I sat there for what felt like minutes in silence. I did not feel comfortable sharing the questions I had prepared. I felt like my preventative visit was just taking up the office's time.
Dr. Rashid was informative, but I had to ask him for information regarding my illnesses (he wouldn't offer up much). He is not a very warm character and spent a lot of time on his laptop (making the room awkwardly silent at times). That said, the process was quick, effective (I was in and out in 20 min) and I feel like all my questions were answered.

It took forever once he actually saw me - I'd never had a doctor spend so much time with me, but I also didn't really feel like that much time was necessary. Also, they called me 3 hours before my appointment to try to reschedule and I ended up having to run over there right away. Not a terrible experience, since I got what I needed, just a couple of headaches.
