“I was greeted upon entering and was asked to register on the kiosk/tablet and have a seat. 5 minutes later was called to provide my insurance and photo ID and to verify my personal info and sign they're HIPPA policy and to have a seat. After 20 minutes, I was called in by the MA to gather info as to why was I there and pharmacy info, she then took my vitals. 10 minutes later the doctor came in and asked again the reason why I was there and asked me more questions and listened to my chest. The doctor said that it looked like I had bronchitis but wanted to rule out pneumonia and recommended a chest X-ray. So, I got the chest x-ray, waited 10 minutes to get the results. Before I left, I was given an after-visit summary, chest x-ray results and a pamphlet on preventing and treating bronchitis and prescriptions were called into the pharmacy. So, for being the first time there, it was good from the beginning to the end of my visit. Yes! I would recommend this Walk-in Urgent Care Clinic.”
