I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience caring for patients across private practice, community mental health and hospital settings. Each experience has deepened my belief that treatment works best when it is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the individual. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar, trauma, or PTSD, I want you to feel heard, understood, and confident in your treatment plan. We’ll work together to find solutions that support your goals and well being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a collaborative and straightforward approach. I’ll take time to understand your concerns, explain options clearly, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is to make each session a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and goals so I can understand the full picture. From there, I’ll share my impressions, discuss options, and work with you to decide on a treatment plan. This may include medication, supportive conversation, lifestyle changes or some combination. Follow-up visits focus on how you’re doing, adjusting treatment as needed, and making sure you feel supported throughout the process.
