In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together! For medication management, my initial session is 45 mins. Follow up 30 mins For individual counseling, the initial session is 60 mins. Follow-up Individual counseling sessions are 20 mins, 40 mins, or 60 mins, depending on the needs of your child and parent availability. I also specialize in Christian counseling based on the KJB. I use Bible verses and teachings to help manage your mental wellness. The first session is for intake purposes only. Medication is usually prescribed on the 2nd session, however on some occasions, medications may be given at the first appointment. Age 4-18 years old( also developmentally delayed up to age 21) Adjustment disorders, Trauma, depression, anxiety-related disorders, grief, mood disorder, parent-child conflict, in children and adolescents.
