I never received any email, text or call from this provider or their office prior to my appointment. The time came for my appointment and no one called or reached out. No email with info , no link, no call, nothing. Definitely disappointing and a waste of time as I rearranged my whole evening for this visit.

Great! Easy process, love Heather she’s great! She listened and explained medications and we came up with a good plan to see how things will go. Will definitely continue to see her! Most doctors are just there to be robots and give you pills. Heather took the time to understand me before looking into my medications.

Heather began our appointment most looking at her computer without paying close attention to me. Asked me the same questions over and over. In the meanwhile , she was not easy to contact in time of crisis , panick attack and rejected to prescribe a medicine that i know it helps me.
