My experience was horrible the office staff were not friendly , not professional and I was told oh that is not my job!!I waited for ever for a drs note! The girl screaming ointments was horrible and they did not have a fax number to give me so that my PCP could fax over a medical report. Horrible unpleasant and the bathrooms were terrible!!

The doctor was so kind and helpful and listened with care and no judgment. She took my full history into account and helped me come up with a plan and clear next steps. There was a little bit of a wait before she actually came into the exam room so if you’re on a time crunch just be careful. But they did call my name to come back for the appointment 10 minutes before my scheduled time, so it’s give and take. I’m so happy to have a kind and inclusive endocrinologist in Brooklyn, so massively helpful for accessible care.

I’m so happy I found her - the wait time was also great, and the rest of the staff was really nice as well!
