About Dr. Helen Gouzoulis
Unlike ordinary primary care practices that only treat you when you get sick, we believe it's also our responsibility to help you stay healthy in the first place-to prevent disease before it happens, to help you better manage chronic conditions, and to give you the tools and support you need to achieve your health and wellness goals.
We want you to live a happy and healthy life-that means not only focusing on your medical needs but also on good nutrition, fitness, motivational support, patient education, and wellness coaching. We know it takes all of these components, working together, to achieve and maintain good health.
Dr. Helen Gouzoulis is board certified in Internal Medicine. She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Medicine and completed her training at North Shore University Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She has been practicing at her Upper East Side office for over 15 years and takes great pride in the attention she provides in her quality of patient care.
